  • We ship to most countries worldwide via standard shipping for free.

1.b) Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping is available for a fee of $24.90.

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an approximate delivery time based on item availability.
  • Delivery dates are approximate and provided for guidance only. Actual delivery dates may vary.

2. Shipping Procedure, Tracking Number, and Insurance

2.a) Delivery Timeline

  • Our delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:
    • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
    • Shipping Time:
      • Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
      • Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days

2.b) Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to update online.

2.c) Insurance

  • All orders are insured against loss. In the unfortunate event your item is lost during transit, please contact us for a full refund.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

3.1 Returns

  • We accept returns on most products within 14 days for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED, WORN or ALTERED, and must include ALL tags and/or stickers attached along with the original sale receipts.

3.2 Exchanges

  • All exchange requests must be received in our office within 21 days of receiving your order.
    • If your desired replacement item is unavailable, we will help you find an alternative or process a refund if the item meets our return policy.
    • Special offers are not refundable or exchangeable.
    • Exchanges for size issues can be made only once for the same item purchased.

3.3 Returns and Exchanges Procedure

  • To return or exchange your order, it must be unused and in its original condition, returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Keep proof of posting and insure your return shipment, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them at our warehouse.
  • In the event of a dispute, retain proof of sending. Without it, we cannot process an exchange if the returned items are not received.
  • All returns must arrive at our office within 30 days of receiving your order. You bear all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product and will be issued via the original payment method (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
  • For exchanges, we will ship your desired product within 14 days of us receiving the returned product according to our shipping policy.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days to be eligible for a free exchange or full refund.
